Dementia Awareness Week™ 2008 aims to encourage people to take control of their lives by making simple changes in their behaviour. In so doing they can reduce their risk of developing dementia.

This site gives you practical information about reducing your risk of dementia, and keeps you up-to-date with events in your local area during Dementia Awareness Week™.
